Tommy Morgan's Harmonica Instruction Books

Hello, Tommy Morgan Fans.

This post is a reply to a request for a
listing of Morgan's harmonica instruction
books.

There are at least 2 harmonica instruction
books written by Tommy Morgan.

One is for the diatonic 10-hole blues harp,
and the other book is designed for the
key of C solo system slide chromatic;
2-deck bass harp; and 2-deck, 48-chord
harmonica.

Both books are published by Warner Bros.
Publications, Inc., or may have a new publisher.

Tommy Morgan: Chromatic Harmonica
(1972); discusses slide chromatic techniques;
the bass harmonica; and 48-chord harmonica.

Tommy Morgan: Blues Harmonica (1972?)
10-hole Richter system harmonica techniques
and a few tunes.

The reeds are an octave apart. A chromatic scale is achieved by bending the draw reed to 10 different pitches.

I did a search on Amazon and there's this title too: "Lennon, McCartney & Friend Diatonic Harmonica: Blues Harp & Rock Style Arranged by Tommy Morgan " but there's no details about it. I have his chromatic book , I think there's better publications nowadays, but it's a good book
