All I can say is-What a blast!   It was my 1st ,but it won't be my last(God willing).   Met several players I heard of ,but never met.   Got to play and had  a great time!!  Danny G's whole family is great and everyone got along so nicely.   Kudos to you and your family ,Danny and thanks again!!!

Wanted to give a big THANK YOU to Paul Chalmus for all the driving up and back.  I had the great pleasure of going with him since we both live in the Baltimore area!!  That was another great time making Dannys party that much more fun!   Thanks,Paul!!!

DANNY G's bash was just GREAT!!  What a wonderful guy he is......hey now....HOW ABOUT LINETTE?  HUH?  HUH?   Can I get a round of applause?!!!!  What an incredible effort from the both of them to keep celebrating the HARMONICA each year the way that they do!  Danny....Linette.....just want to thank you once again for your efforts and opening up your home to the harmonica world with all of that love & energy!  Thank you SO MUCH!!! I really mean it!!!

Valerie and I came home yesterday from Danny G harmonica picnic and it was a wonderful time had by all!

The music, food and having a chance to meet Paul and Carl and members of the Rubber harmonica club was a blast. Yeah I get to see / visit with Danny many times throughout the year as Danny and Linnett also stop in on their way to SPAH and coming home from SPAH, but this is special to relax and to take it all in.

Danny and Linnett were non-stop to make everyone feel special and I know they are exhausted now but love having this event every year..our first one was in 2005 and they have gotten better over the years.

Thank-you Danny and Linnett we love You both.

yup --it's called 'Danny G's Harmonica Party' but Linette's the power(house) behind the scenes. She's something else, isn't she? They even had their wedding ON THAT STAGE!
Danny should post the photos again --it was amazing to see (although I still haven't had a chance to get there, I know them both for so long from so many other conventions).
I know they kill themselves ahead of time to make it all come together--so yes, Kudos are most definitely in order!

SO glad you're making new friends and getting to play more.

We're always happy to be done with the ton of prep work and we're always happy when the clean up is done (should finish that up tomorrow) but it sure would be nice if the party part wouldn't go by so fast. You are spot on with the comments about Linette and nobody appreciates her more than I do. Special thanks to Eddie and my daughter Debbie who worked their tails off cooking and keeping the food court stocked. I'll be eating left overs for awhile. Setting up the sound system goes allot better when Wally comes early and helps with adjustments.

I really enjoyed having Paul playing with me on stage. He has a knack for adding little riffs that make the music special.

I want you all to know that Carl Rosetti is one [heck] of a harmonica player. It was great (and I mean absolutely great) listening to Carl, George and Wally playing a set of Harmonicat favorites (no Peg)

Yeah, Carl was definitely a pleasant surprise; especially when he teamed up with George and Wally on the bass and chord. Whatta treat!

Thank you for the compliments!   Its hard not to play well with the likes of Wally and George playing chord and bass with you!  And of course the party was inspirational!!
