Constantly- ocean, sound or lakes - no rapids or whitewater (though I will surf waves).  I have owned a few over the years - settled on one favorite:  sit-on-top (SOT) variety by Wilderness Systems.  SOTs are unsinkable, super durable, relatively cheap, and very stable.  A few years ago I even built sails and sailed my old kayak-- what a hoot!  I like the Long Island Sound- in the heavy chop and wind- but I've surfed Rhode Island and spend a lot of time on lakes in CT near my house.
