I’ve done a lot of Zoom meetings. Coupla things:They CAN be done on phones, but it’s not as “robust” as on a computer or tablet. If you have either of the latter, I’d suggest using them. Once you’re “on the meeting” it’s pretty simple. It’s the “getting on” that can be a bit tricky the first time. I suggest that maybe the first 10 minutes of our first one be dedicated to making sure everyone who wants to participate gets on. Maybe even a phone number or two for folks to call in for instructions and help if there are issues. Once the app is on your device, you can open it and click on “join” even though there’s no real meeting. This will allow you to play around with the settings and controls to get familiar. You can also tweak to make sure your audio and video (camera and mic) are working ok. Looking forward to seeing a lot of friends on Thursday!
